The feedback type high-precision battery pack detection equipment can realize the test of various performance indicators such as lithium-ion battery capacity, state of charge, overcharge and over-discharge. The equipment has the characteristics of high power, high efficiency, high precision, and high performance. It adopts electric energy feedback technology, which can greatly reduce the heat emission, power consumption of the equipment.

 

 

System Architecture:

 

The equipment is mainly composed of a host computer, a middle computer, a DC/AC module, a DC/DC module, a lower computer, a data acquisition and processing system, etc. It can collect the voltage, current, capacity, energy and other information of each single battery in real time. It can optionally support battery temperature data collection. The collected data is stored in a specially designed database, and provides various data statistics, analysis and report generation functions.

The device adopts electric energy feedback technology, which has high energy-saving efficiency and low heat generation in the system, which can greatly reduce the heat emission, power consumption and use cost of the equipment;

Three-phase balance technology (no neutral line) reduces the load on the power grid;

Soft start function reduces the impact on the power grid;

The equipment accuracy is better than 0.05%, the data recording time can reach 1000mS/time, and the stability is high;

Single point independence, independent charging and discharging conditions can be set for each channel;

It has complete input and output, software and hardware protection, reverse connection protection, power failure protection, and poor fixture contact protection;

There is no impact current when the channel starts, and the constant current to constant voltage transition is seamless without any current surge;

Multi-layer network integrated management, one computer centralized control can carry 1000+ channels, and the large system supports remote monitoring;
